Update: "CPE17-autorun-killer" is software from Thailand. It allegedly prevents flash drives from executing "autorun.inf" when you plug them into the USB port of your computer, which can theoretically spread a virus. However, I can't find any solid information about it on any legitimate anti-virus/anti-malware site, and many of the forum posts claiming how great it is look suspect to me. I would advise getting rid of it. There are much easier ways to stop USB drives from executing autorun; just make one change in the group policy editor.
